I bought a lower end lift chair from Mobility City after my wife had a bad accident that left her pretty much bed ridden, only she couldn’t sleep in a bed. We had that chair one night and it didn’t work out. I elected to buy the top of the line chair they offer and it is perfect! She has finally gotten some sleep. In fact, she has slept soundly for the last 4 nights after very limited sleep for the last 3 weeks. Nate from Mobility City was our technician that set the chair up for us and with the help from Paul in sales, the whole process was seamless. Both worked hard to make sure that we were taken care of before, during, and after the purchase. I can’t say enough about how good they are and how good their service is. We had considered selling or giving the chair to another after my wife heals, but this chair is fantastic. We will be keeping it for sure.

Ago, and the right side of my body is paralyzed. Because I only have
Use of my left hand I wanted to have the throttle reversed, so I could
Drive my scooter left handed. Nate called me 15 minutes before
Showing up, he wore a mask, and went straight to work. In about 10
Minutes he swapped out the controller. And I was “lefty” 😃. Three
Month later another scooter would light up but wouldn’t go. Of course
I called Mobility City, Nate came through for me again, over the phone
He asked me “when you turn the key, how many times does the light
Flash”. I told him 7 times. He said oh I know what that is, Friday he
Came by at 9:00 o’clock, this time it took 5 minutes to have me on my
Way. I couldn’t be happier with the professional, and prompt service.
We needed help for my wife post back surgery. We had to rent a hospital bed as our bedroom is upstairs. Nate was super helpful and responsive. We rented a bed and bought bedding and a table. Nate delivered and set up everything right on time. He was helpful when we need to extend the rental twice. yesterday, he arrived right on time to pick everything up. We are super happy with Mobility City and the hep they provided us as my wife was recovering from surgery.
